so-yi tools ("the site") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what is collected and how it is used.

1. What you type is not collected

Everything you enter into the tools is processed entirely in your browser.

  • Calculator inputs
  • Uploaded image files
  • Text such as JSON, Base64, and JWT tokens

None of this is transmitted to a server. The operator cannot read it, and it is not stored anywhere.

Exception: the currency converter requests current rates from an external provider. That request does not include any amount you entered.

2. Automatically collected information

The site uses the following services, which may collect information automatically.

Google Analytics

Collects pages visited, time on page, referral source, device and browser type, and approximate location. It is not collected in a personally identifying form.

To opt out, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google AdSense

The site serves advertising through Google, a third-party vendor.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • To opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising, visit www.aboutads.info.

3. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from using the site.

4. Sharing with third parties

The site does not share personal information with third parties. The automatic collection described above is governed by each provider's own policy.

5. Retention

The site does not itself collect or retain personally identifying information. Statistics gathered by Google Analytics follow Google's retention policy.

6. Your rights

  • Block or delete cookies through your browser
  • Opt out of personalized ads through Google Ads Settings
  • Opt out of Google Analytics collection

7. Children

The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with its effective date.
