What to send

Calculation errors

The most valuable reports. If a result does not match reality, please say so.

To help track it down quickly, include:

  • Which tool (or the page URL)
  • The values you entered
  • The result the site showed
  • What you believe the correct value is, and why

Rate and tariff updates

If a rate has changed and the site is still using the old value, let us know — a link to the official notice makes it much faster to fix.

Each tool shows its reference year and last-updated date at the bottom.

Suggesting a tool

If a calculator or converter you need is missing, suggest it. Describing the situation that prompted it helps with prioritization.

Bug reports

If something is broken visually or a control does not respond, include:

  • Your browser and version
  • What you did when the problem appeared

Anything else

Partnership and other enquiries go to the same address.

This is a small site run by one person, so not every message gets a reply. Calculation errors and rate updates are always reviewed.
